Shipping Responsibilities

• Customers must provide correct shipment details.
• Ranz Express & Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, incorrect information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipped goods comply with Tanzanian import regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment of prohibited or illegal goods.

Prohibited Items

Users must not ship:

If prohibited goods are discovered, we may report the matter to relevant authorities.

Payments & Fees

• All shipping fees must be paid as agreed before cargo release.
• Additional charges (such as customs duties or storage fees) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Failure to complete payment may result in delayed release of goods.

• Updating your account information when necessary

Ranz Express & Logistics is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account.

• Ranz Express & Logistics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to the declared value of the shipment (if applicable and agreed in writing).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or government actions.
